Hill County Reports 28 New COVID-19 Cases, 1 Death Sunday

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Hill County Health Department reported 28 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, as well as one COVID-19 related death.

Of the 28 new cases, 18 were found through contact tracing and 10 have unknown exposures.

The age range with the most new cases was people in their 40s, with seven (4 males, 3 females), followed by six cases in people in their teens (3 males, 3 females).

Also on Sunday, 12 people met the criteria to be considered recovered.

Hill County has now reported 740 total COVID-19 cases. 283 are active, including 14 hospitalizations. 435 have recovered and 22 have died.

547 of the COVID-19 cases and 19 of the COVID-19 related deaths in Hill County have been reported in October.

Blaine County 10 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday and had seven cases meet the recovery criteria.

There was also one new hospitalization and four discharges.

Blaine County has now reported 285 COVID-19 cases. 138 are active, including 12 hospitalizations. 142 have recovered and five have died.
