FORT BELKNAP, Mont. (NMB) – The FBI says three suspects are in tribal custody after a man was shot Wednesday afternoon east of Lodge Pole.
The shooting is believed to have been targeted and was reported by a caller that had found a man shot at about 4 PM on BIA Route 11.
Police asked the public for assistance locating possible suspects on Wednesday afternoon.
Fort Belknap Police thank the community for their tips and assistance on this case.
Police have not made the condition of the victim public at this time, but the FBI says they were sent to a local Hospital.
The investigation is being conducted by the FBI and Fort Belknap Police.
