SANDERS COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – A 59-year-old man from Sanders County was killed after his motorcycle struck a deer on Tuesday evening.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports the man was traveling north in a Honda motorcycle just after 10 PM on Four Corners Road near Heron when he struck a deer.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The gravel road was dry at the time of the crash, and excessive speed is a suspected factor.
