HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Following the tours that the Northern Agricultural Research Center will be leading at their Field Day next Tuesday at Fort Assiniboine, the Havre Ag Chamber will be presenting annual awards at a dinner.
Andy Kueffler is the Chairman of the Havre Ag Chamber Committee, and says awards for Outstanding Agriculture Leader and the Outstanding Agriculture Advocate will be handed out.
“These awards, they are nominated by community members. So friends and neighbors and coworkers and things of that nature that are noticing the great things that certain individuals in the community are doing, those are the types of things that we want nominations for, and we get those.”
The Field Day begins at 3 PM with registration and ends with a dinner that is set to start at 7 PM. For details on this free event, call 265-6115.
