
HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – The Montana Department of Agriculture (MDA) proposes to adopt new rules pertaining to Certified Noxious Weed Free Materials per authorities provided for in House Bill 93 signed into law during the 2021 Montana Legislative session
The proposal notice, MAR Notice No. 4-21-273, can be viewed on pages 804-812 of Issue 13 of the Montana Administrative Register on the Secretary of State’s website at sosmt.gov/arm/register. A public hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2021 in Room 225 of the Scott Hart Building (302 N. Roberts, Helena, MT 59601) as well as virtually through the meeting platform Zoom.
Concerned persons may submit their data, views or comments orally or in writing at a public hearing on July 29, 2021, send them via email to agr@mt.gov, or by mail to P.O. Box 200201 Helena, MT 59620-0201, by 5:00 p.m., August 6, 2021.
