HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The 6th Annual Back to School Bash is returning to Havre’s Pepin Park on August 21st from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Event Chair Christy Edmonds says this year’s bash includes haircuts, lunch, bounce houses, free shoes, and more. She says they are looking for volunteers to help out, including beauticians.
“We’re usually there around 8 AM at Pepin Park to start setting up. I have plenty of different areas to put people in to fit with what they are comfortable doing.”
Those that qualify can also receive backpacks and school supplies through the Salvation Army. For more on that, contact the Salvation Army at 265-6411.
Following the Bash, United Way will be hosting a family swim at the city pool from 1-3 PM.
