FORT BELKNAP, Mont. (NMB) – Acting Fort Belknap Tribal Court Administrator Stephen Dale Fox has announced that those owing fines to the Court can pay them off in part by donating toys.
Through December 23rd, those owing fines may bring in toys or clothing for children. The toys must be new, unopened and unwrapped.
A receipt of the items must be included in the donation to the Tribal Court.
Items donated will count as double the dollar amount towards the person’s fines. However, donations cannot be counted towards restitution.
The items must be in good quality and must be brought to the Tribal Courts, located at 253 Court Housing Loop at the Agency.
