Gianforte Announces Board Appointments

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – Governor Greg Gianforte has announced the latest round of appointments to state Boards and Commissions, and the list includes several residents of the Hi-Line.

Eric Albus of Hinsdale, Lee Cornwell of Glasgow, and Richard Roth of Big Sandy were all appointed to the Private Land and Public Wildlife Board. Albus is the owner and operator of Milk River Outfitters, Cornwell is the owner of Cornwell Ranch, and Roth is the vice president of IX Ranch Company. The terms for Albus and Roth run through July 2025, while Cornwell’s term runs through July 2023.

Dwaine Iverson of Shelby was appointed to the State Lottery and Sports Wagering Commission. Iverson is a Certified Public Accountant and a former president of the Montana Society of CPAs. His term runs through December 2024.
