Tuesday night the MSU Northern Lights kicked off their foray into this year’s Frontier Conference with a home game against the Rocky Mountain College Battlin’ Bears in a game with such excitement that you’d only need the edge of your seat.
Both of these teams played hard, fast, and aggressive with little wiggle room to gain a significant lead. By the end of the first half, the Lights were ahead 37-32. The second half saw the same amped up energy by both the Lights and Battlin’ Bears, but this time the Lights were able to gain and maintain their lead all the way until the end with MSU Northern taking the win over Rocky Mountain College 74-67.
