HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – Secretary of State Corey Stapleton recently wrapped up a two-day visit to Toole County. A press release says the trip is part of his four-year program to visit each county across Montana. A press release says the program is in its second full year.
Secretary Stapleton began is visit by stopping by the Shelby Public Schools, where he spoke with students from both the middle school and high school. He also visited with two County Commissioners about the impact of the recent federal legislation will have on Amtrak service for Shelby.
Stapleton wrapped up his visit with a Business Round-Table hosted by the Shelby Chamber.
