The Hiline Pregnancy Resource Center is hosting their 11th annual fundraiser Tuesday September 6th at the 5th avenue Christian Church in Havre.
Sally Loftus, the center’s Executive Director, will be the speaker this year and says the banquet is the center’s biggest fundraiser.
“Its a free-will giving. There’s no expected cost to buy tickets to come in. It’s all free, with the knowledge that the opportunity to give will be presented.”
This year’s dinner will be a taco bar
“You can have either nachos or soft or hard shell tacos and an ice-cream sundae bar.”
Loftus says multiple people up and down the hiline have attended in the past and usually will have up to 250 people.
Fundraising efforts support the resource center involve help clients know what their options are so they can make an informed decision, and staff at the center doesn’t persuade anyone, men or women, into a choice one way or the other.
