Pony Golfers Qualify 4 for State

The Havre High School Boys and Girls Golf teams took part in the Eastern “A” Divisional Golf Tournament on Friday at Lake Hills Golf Club in Billings. The Blue Pony girls finished in sixth place. Havre was led by all conference golfer Shea  Reber  who shot a career best 94 to place eighth on the day. Brenna Hanson shot a 102 and finished in 13th place to earn all conference honors. Both Reber and Hanson have qualified as individuals for the state meet next weekend. On the boys side. the Ponies finished in seventh place as a team. Shane Patacsil  shot a 90 on the day and Reid  Kato  shot 99. Both Patacsil and Kato have qualified as individuals for the the state tournament. The individual Pony Boys and Girls who have qualified will compete in the State Tournament Friday September 30th and Saturday October 1st in Hamilton.
