HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – On Sunday evening, the Havre Police Department received calls about an altercation on the east side of town. Lieutenant Aaron Wittmer says the fight was the culmination of a feud between two coworkers. Taylor Strike was charged with criminal mischief, vandalism and disorderly conduct and Cali Brien was charged with negligent endangerment and reckless driving.
At about 10 PM Sunday, an argument outside a home escalated and Wittmer says Strike was allegedly trying to get another female, who was sitting in a car, to fight her. When the woman refused to get out of the car, Strike got a wooden baseball bat from her vehicle and started smashing car windows next to the woman.
Strike got in passenger side of her vehicle and Brien allegedly almost hit someone getting out of the other car.
A few people suffered minor injuries, but no one was taken to the hospital. The two women were cited and released.
