A new meat processing cooperative has opened in Havre. Michelle Math, a northern Montana cattle producer explains what the new co-op means for her and her family’s ranch.
“For us it will give us a place to be able to have our beef processed. Something that is closer to us. There aren’t any USDA inspected processing plants near our ranch and this would be the closest and best option for us.”-Michelle Math
