The Extreme Bares and Broncs Rodeo is back in Havre. The Rodeo event featuring some of the best riders in the country is set to take place March 31st & April 1st beginning at 7PM at the Bigger Better Barn.
New Media Broadcasters sat down with Pro Rodeo Announcer Barney Sheridan to discuss what makes this rodeo so special. Barney had plenty to say:
“It’s funny the first time we did this we told people they are about to see some of the best in the world, and right off the bat I don’t think they believed us but now they know. Big hero around here Sage Newman the number one saddle bronc rider in the world, of course he is a local Montana kid from Melstone. He’s going to be here Friday for the Saddle Bronc Riding.” – Sheridan
When asked why people who have never experienced the rodeo attend, Barney had a simple response:
“Well if you’re new to rodeo and go to this one, you’re going to start at the top.” – Sheridan
