(Helena) – Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks has recently received Approximately $427,500 in funding was approved to improve Montana fisheries by the Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission through the Future Fisheries Improvement Program (FFIP).
Approved projects include: Brackett Creek streambank restoration, Mount Haggin culvert removal and replacement, South Fork North Fork Divide Creek fish passage, Grasshopper Creek mine tailings bank stabilization, Browns Gulch fish screens, Chicken Creek fish screen, Middle Fork Rock Creek fish passage reconnection, Musselshell River Rowton bank restoration.
