Cyber Stalker Sentenced to 21 Months

(Great Falls) – A New Mexico man who admitted to cyberstalking a Poplar woman for more than two years was sentenced today to 21 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release.

Jicarilla Juan Tiznado of Dulce, New Mexico, pleaded guilty in June to cyberstalking.

Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided over the case.
