(Helena) Over 200 candidate filings have been through the application processing the Secretary of States office as of 4pm Friday says Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen.
On the opening day of January 11th, over 100 candidates filed. To date, filings range from the races for U.S. Senate to the Montana Supreme Court to the state legislature. Two candidates have filed for United States Senator and one has entered the race for Montana’s U.S. Representative seat on the ballot, said the Secretaries office in a press release.
