(Blaine County) As previously reported by New Media, The Blaine County Brewfest was Saturday, February 3rd in Chinook with live entertainment and five different breweries in attendance.
This event was put on by the Blaine County Fair Foundation. New Media spoke with Board Member Loren Skoyen to find out more about the Blaine County Fair Foundation and their history.
“The foundation is a non profit organization set up by the Blaine County Fair Board, it just helps supplement our revenue for the fair. We don’t get as much tax money to help us put the fair on so we came up with this foundation so we can raise money, do events, and that way it’s tax deductible for whoever donates.”
