Tri-Agency Task Force Arrests 3 for Marijuana Distribution

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – On April 11th, the Tri-Agency Task Force along with the assistance of the Havre Police Department, the Hill County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Border Patrol, Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, and the Chinook Police Department executed multiple warrants in Chinook, as well as in Havre.

A press release says that these warrants were in regards to an ongoing investigation conducted by the Tri-Agency Task Force and the distribution of marijuana cultivated and distributed by individuals holding valid Montana Medical Marijuana cards. Through the investigation and warrants, Michael Gregori of Havre and Jerry and Barbara Gregori of Chinook were placed under arrest for multiple felonies and misdemeanors.

In total, Agents seized over 1,114 grams of marijuana, thirteen marijuana plants, and $3,400 in cash. At this time, charges are being filed with the Blaine County and Hill County Attorney’s offices.
