(Havre) The Hill County Safety Committee met for their final meeting of this insurance policy cycle on June 12th for their monthly meeting.
The number of injury claims amid county employees continues to trend downward, it was 10 claims 2 years ago, 7 last year, and now 6 this year as they near policy renewal on July 1st.
Commissioner Mark Peterson also announced that after some deliberation, an additional handicap parking spot will be added to the courthouse’s parking lot. In addition, the Hill County Health Department will have a parallel parking spot installed in front of it to make the building more accessible.
