(Havre) The Hill County Commissioners held their weekly business meeting on June 14th.
The Commissioners signed resolutions making the declarations of disaster previously reported by New Media Broadcasters official, and approved the emergency levy of two additional road mills in order to cover disaster repair costs.
The board also renewed their declaration to the public that they are in need of an auditor, saying they’ve put out proposals but have been unsuccessful in finding one.
The commission then approved the inspection of the Beaver Creek Dam, the Cottonwood Brige, and the Sargent Bridge.
The next business meeting is scheduled for June 20th.
