Lame Deer man convicted of rape charges.

(Billings – Kendall Brown) – A federal jury on Wednesday convicted a Lame Deer man of raping a woman in a residence on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation.

After a three-day trial that began on October 7th, the jury found the defendant, 20-year-old Adriano Sparxxx LeBeaux, guilty of aggravated sexual abuse as charged in an indictment.

LeBeaux faces a maximum of life in prison, a $250,000 fine and five years of supervised release.

U.S. District Judge Susan P. Watters presided.

Sentencing was set for February 7th, 2025.

LeBeaux was detained pending further proceedings.
