(Havre) Havre Fire Department says a structure fire on the 1300 block of 5th street caught at around 10:45 am Wednesday morning.
HFD reports that crews arrived 2 minutes after the call, entered the home through the back door. The fire was started in the basement before going into level of the home and then up to the attic. HFD was able to get the fire under control before checking for extension, which they did not find.
The house was vacant during the time of the fire, and HFD is reporting no injuries to civilians, firefighters, or any pets during this fire.
