(Box Elder) A box elder man was arraigned on gun charges this week, according the US Attorney Jesse Laslovich.
Franklin Troy Caplette, 40, of Box Elder, on charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition. If convicted of the most serious crime, Caplette faces a maximum of 15 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
Caplette was detained pending further proceedings.
