(Havre) The Hi-Line Arts Council will be holding their Christmas from the Hi-Line concert starring Philip Aaberg for the second year this year.
New Media Broadcasters spoke with Hi-Line Arts Council’s Melanie Skoyen to get more info on his return to the Hi-Line.

The concert will be this Sunday, December 15th at 2pm in Havre High School’s Auditorium.
