(Havre) The Havre Public Schools District is currently working with Bear Paw Development to get grant funding from the Environmental Protection Agency.
New Media Broadcasters spoke with Superintendent Brian Gum for an update on this grant.
“The focus with it, then, would be improving different district-wide facilities. For instance, if you can relate it to helping your district, in whatever aspect, becoming more environmentally sound; whether that’s roofs, whether that’s boilers and controls. Different aspects within buildings that could be deemed energy related, you have the ability to obtain those funds”
