(Malta) A Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks hunter and bowhunter education field day for online students has been set for Malta at the Malta Event Center.
Both are set to take place on March 29th, with the hunter education field day scheduled for 9am through noon, and the bowhunter field day scheduled for 1 to 4 pm.
Students could sign up for either or both field days, and FWP says this is a great opportunity for students to become certified to participate in the application for either-sex elk or special deer permits before the April 1 deadline.
Students are required to have finished online coursework before signing up for the field day.
