(Billings) – A Billings man accused of possessing meth, fentanyl, and cocaine admitted to charges on Thursday, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said.
The defendant, 40-year-old Dustin James Massey, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.
Massey faces a mandatory minimum term of ten years to life imprisonment, a $10,000,000 fine, and at least five years of supervised release.
U.S. District Judge Susan P. Watters presided .
