(Montana) Interim Montana US District Attorney Kurt Alme has now been nominated to take the position in official capacity.
This move was supported by many state and federal level elected officials, including US Senators Tim Sheehy and Steve Daines, as well as former colleagues of Alme.
Alme also served as the Montana US District Attorney during the first Trump administration. Alme must now be confirmed by the full U.S. Senate.
