MILES CITY, Mont. — The Pine Hills Correctional Facility in Miles City, has been named a 2025 Barbara Allen-Hagen Award winner by the Center for Improving Youth Justice.
The award recognizes the facility’s use of data-driven practices and its commitment to reducing youth confinement through positive reinforcement and de-escalation tactics.
The Montana Department of Corrections praised staff for creating a safer environment for youth and saff alike.
Pine Hills has partnered with CIYJ since 2012.
