(Highwood Mountains) – This week the Montana Farmers Union is hosting their inagural AG education camp for teachers across the state. Jodi Koterba, Education Director for the Montana Farmers Union, told New Media Broadcasters why this camp has been started.
“The more I can teach the teachers, then they can teach it in their classrooms. By being able to provide some of these things to the teachers, they can do the hands-on lessons and provide real world examples of where their food came from.”
The Montana Farmers Union is providing all the supplies and materials the teachers need; to replicate the lessons they learned at Ag Camp in their own classrooms during the 2025-26 school year.
