(Havre) – As previously reported by New Media Broadcasters the City of Havre is installing new stop signs on intersections in the St. Judes Church and School, Lincoln-McKinley School, and Pepin Park area of Havre. Chief of Police Gabe Matosich shared crash data for the last five years in that area.
“We had about sixty crashes in that area within the last five years and some of them were major crashes as well with injuries and cars flipping over and that sort of thing. So, we’re hoping to make the intersections safer, that area safer for pedestrians and everybody that uses that area and manage the traffic more efficiently.”
