Trump’s proclamation, Governor Greg Gianforte has ordered all flags in the State of Montana be flown at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, August 31, 2025, as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on August 27, 2025, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
