(Havre) – At Tuesday Night’s Havre Board of Trustees Meeting, changes were made the districts Food Service Policy. Right away the district is going to work with the Producer Partnership. Superintendent Brian Gum tells us more.
“So, that’s a program that’s base out of Livingston, Montana, where the school district can partner with local ranchers and thus produce a partnership in terms of donations of meat to Havre public schools. So, that’s going to be exciting. We’ll have a lot of information with that program coming out here in the future.”
Keep listening to New Media Broadcasters Stations for more details about how area school districts are working with the Producer Partnership.
