(Garrison) – The Montana Highway Patrol reports a female was killed in a two vehicle accident near Garrison early in the morning of October 30th. a GMC Sierra was stopped with the left front tire on the eastbound white fog line with their lights off. The Volvo CMV was traveling eastbound and side swiped the Sierra. The CMV ran off the right side of the road and ran through the fence and tipped on its left side. The CMV came to final rest approximately 47 feet from the right of way fence. The Sierra rotated clockwise and stayed on the shoulder.
The name of the deceased female has not been released.
