Havre, Mt – MSU-Northern Lights Wrestling hosted their second duel of the season against Eastern Oregon on Sunday but fell short 24-22.
Eastern Oregon won four out of the first five matches on the mat in the lightweight battles but Northern made up for it in the middle wights with big wins from Justin Windauer, Orion Thivierge and Cade Gubler.
A late dual win by Lights Shane Mattson put the Lights close but Eastern Oregon’s early lead outlasted Northern in end.
