(Laurel) – The Montana Highway Patrol reports that one person was killed in a one vehicle accident near Laurel in Yellowstone County this week.
The Mercedes Benz E320 was driving north of 84th street west when the driver failed to negotiate a left hand turn. The driver over corrected towards the roadway as the vehicle entered the ditch. The E320 struck a fence and rolled multiple times. The passanger was injured and transported to a local hospital. The driver was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on the scene. Alcohol is suspected as a factor in the accident.
The name of the deceased male has not been released.
