Havre, MT – Montana State University-Northern football head coach Jerome Souers and new offensive coordinator Coach K, announced their 2026 wide receiver commitments in early April.
It’s a nine man wide receiver class that features two transfers and Havre Blue Pony Teegan Solomon. Xzavian Ferris is the first transfer coming to Lights from Dakota Wesleyan University. Toryn Richards, a Glasgow, MT native transfers back to the hi line from Dickinson state University.
The Class welcomes in two Canadian pass catchers out of Calgary in Kohen Ollen at 6’3″ 180lbs and Bryan Tobo who stands at 6’3″ 200lbs. Ollen was a standout at Henry Wise Wood School, while Tobo comes to the Lights by way of Centennial High School.
Out of Colorado the Lights signed Isaiah Osei who racked up 745 yards of offense on 29 catches and 47 carries. Osei also hauled in four receiving touchdowns in his senior season.
Out of Baker, MT, the Lights secured a commit from Blake Barsness. Coach Souers signed two more Montana natives in Duke Williamson out of Circle, Conrad’s Jonah Volk.
These transfers and freshman are part of a team looking to improve on a one win season in 2025.
