(Havre) – The City Of Havre is hosting a Tax Increment Financing District Board 101 class during the City Council meeting Monday Night. City of Havre Mayor Wade Bitz gives a synopsis of the board’s role and responsibility.
“Essentially they will create the general base expectations for that committee for the board and the TIFF governing board will meet as needed to review requests for those funds and they will basically create the environment that they want to pursue to help move those funds in a direction that will be the most beneficial for the district.”
