With Hill County currently under stage one fire restrictions, fire warden Kaleb Fisher explains how Havre is affected by those restrictions.
“In the bylaws and stuff like that, everything in the city you can’t burn at all. So we’ve got our designated burn sites now, but the city of Havre is exempt from that. You cannot burn within the city limits whatsoever.”
