Havre, MT – Montana State University-Northern Skylights volleyball tipped off their season Friday with a three set to 0 sweep of Williams Baptist College (Ark.). The Skylights capped off their weekend with three set to one wins over Arizona Christian University and Indiana University East.
Head coach Jerry Wagner gave his thoughts on the team’s performance to start the season.
“It was a very successful beginning to the season and with six new players that we are implementing into a solid core of five I was very happy with where we’re at and I see plenty of things we can improve on.”
The Skylights are set to take on Walla Walla University and Lewis-Clarck State College this weekend in their final non-conference games.
