Joseph C. Seidel, 95, passed away due to natural causes at the Care and Comfort Home on Saturday, August 29, 2026. A vigil service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, with burial to follow in Highland Cemetery. Joe’s family has suggested memorial donations be made in his memory to the Friends of the Havre Animal Shelter, St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic School, or the Hill County 4-H Foundation.
