Havre, MT – Last Friday night Havre High football opened their season against the Whitefish Bulldogs with a 52-20 loss at Blue Pony Stadium.
Ahead of Havre’s week two game against Billings Central, head coach Jake Eldridge shared where the focus is in practice.
“Position wise everybody just has to continually prove their mental understanding of what it takes to execute the things that they need to do, and then just leadership overall with the kids that we do have in the program that have the experience.”
“For us overall just getting better a little bit, 1 percent, day by day. That’s the focus. That’s where the energy is at is worrying about us and how we can improve on a daily basis.”
Havre will kickoff at Blue Pony Stadium against the Rams at 7p.m. and you can listen live on KOJM and Billings Catholic Radio.
