HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – Montana Governor Steve Bullock on Wednesday made another round of appointments to statewide committees and boards.
John Wicks from Ledger was appointed to the Montana Agriculture Development Council. Wicks is a Liberty County farmer and actively engaged in agriculture.
Two people from Browning were appointed to the State-Tribal Economic Development Advisory Council. Carl Kipp is the Blackfeet Tribe Business Council’s Economic Development Chairman and Cheryl Reevis is the Planning Director for the Blackfeet Nation.
Representative Marvin Weatherwax, Jr., also from Browning, was appointed to the Board of Veterans’ Affairs. Weatherwax represents House District 13 and a State Administration and Veterans Affairs Committee Member Representative.
