MISSOULA, Mont. (NMB) – Former Havre resident Cody Shane Johnson was in Missoula County District Court last Monday for his initial appearance after being arrested and charged with four separate misdemeanors the prior day.
Johnson was pulled over by a Montana Highway Patrol trooper on West Broadway in Missoula on June 30, where he was then charged with one count each of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct. According to court documents, upon being pulled over, Johnson was found to have a vape pen with marijuana oil in his vehicle. Johnson later damaged a rear antenna cable and back seat of a marked Montana Highway Patrol Vehicle and used threatening, profane or abusive language.
Johnson was released from custody after posting bail on the afternoon of July 1.
