A Dangerous Drug is Being Addressed by Montana Leadership

HELENA – Record amounts of the dangerous drug, fentanyl isn’t going unnoticed in Montana.

Earlier this year in Bozeman, the governor hosted a press conference with Gallatin County Sheriff Dan Springer and state and federal officials amid record fentanyl seizures in Montana.

Governor Greg Gianforte will now convene a roundtable discussion with local officials, law enforcement, and treatment providers to discuss public safety in Gallatin County.

The fentanyl and drug problem in Montana is being addressed within Montana leadership. Roundtable discussions highlight the issue and put combined understanding toward current strategies as well as finding new solutions.
