A local Havre cowboy has received a high honor and gained notoriety through his successful rodeo career.
“Dick” Granell has recently been inducted into the Montana Cowboy Hall of Fame and he considers it an amazing honor.

Granell explains when his official swearing in ceremony will be and what to expect.
“I guess it’s the 10th and the 11th of February in Great Falls at the Heritage Inn. I think it’s $100 for three meals, and I can’t remember the cost of the rooms. If anybody is thinking about coming you got to get those rooms immediately or there won’t be none available. The whole idea is if you participate in any fun you don’t want to have to be driving across town full of beverages.”-Dick Granell
