HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Appointments remain available for annual Troy Strong Blood Drives in Havre.
The drive will take place at the St. Jude Parish Center on Wednesday, June 22nd from 12-5 PM.
There will be another Troy Strong Blood Drive at the same location on Monday, July 18th from 11:30 AM-5:30 PM.
It is in honor of Troy Ross, a seven year old who has fought a long and difficult battle with pulmonary capillaritis, a rare condition that causes his immune system to attack his lungs, causing severe respiratory problems.
Since the onset of the diagnosis in 2017 and receiving multiple blood transfusions that helped save his life, Troy has remained strong.
