Authorities Find No Evidence After Report of Body in Cut Bank Creek

BROWNING, Mont. — On Thursday, Blackfeet Law Enforcement Services responded to a report of a possible human body in Cut Bank Creek, located about four miles north of Browning along US Highway 464.

Initial searches of the area, including foot and aerial searches, were conducted but did not reveal any signs of distress or a body in the water.

Blackfeet Law Enforcement Services, in collaboration with the Glacier County Sheriff’s Office, requested assistance from the Toole County Search and Rescue Dive Team, as well as a drone operator from Blackfeet Fish and Wildlife.

Despite these efforts, no persons in distress or additional signs were found.

The investigation continues.
